The hotph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions. Access by or registration of any individual below the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. hotph will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of Players and will immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be held by an underage individual.
21+ Only. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on hotph. PAGCOR mandates this requirement for all licensed online casino operators in the Philippines.
hotph operates under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
To access real-money gaming on the hotph Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hotph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs associated with two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party. hotph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You must notify hotph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
All information provided to hotph must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
hotph reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or close any Player account without prior notice where hotph reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; account compromise or security risk; or failure to complete required KYC verification within specified timeframes.
All deposits on the hotph Platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). hotph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier. hotph reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Players may withdraw available funds from their hotph account subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses; and (c) compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
hotph is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements. hotph may request documentation to verify the source of funds for deposits or withdrawals above prescribed thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
All bets placed on the hotph Platform are final once confirmed by the system. hotph shall not be liable for any technical errors that occur after a bet has been accepted and confirmed. In the event of a system malfunction, error, or technical failure that results in an incorrectly displayed result, hotph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' accounts.
Game-specific rules apply to each game category available on the Platform, including but not limited to: slot machines, live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo), online bingo, and sports betting. These rules are accessible within each game interface and supplement these Terms & Conditions.
hotph reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any Player, game, or event at any time without prior notice or explanation where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform's commercial interests or to comply with regulatory requirements.
hotph offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each offer.
Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. hotph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct deemed by hotph to constitute bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hotph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hotph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; interruption of service; incorrect display of game results subsequently corrected; or unauthorized account access arising from the Player's failure to secure their credentials.
hotph's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hotph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which hotph shall bear no liability.
Either party may terminate a Player's account in accordance with these Terms. A Player may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to hotph support. Closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any available balance (subject to completed KYC and satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
hotph may terminate a Player's account immediately and without prior notice for material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of termination for cause — including fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or underage access — all funds in the account may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to account closure, withheld funds, or gaming outcomes — shall first be submitted to hotph's internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. hotph is fully subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution jurisdiction as a condition of its operating license. Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's right to seek relief from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine court or tribunal.
